Good Talking People LLC is a well-established private
practice in Speech Language Pathology
and related services. Our staff of licensed and certified clinicians has over 25
years of experience
dedicated to the diagnosis and therapeutic
intervention of toddlers, children, adolescents, teens and
adults with speech, language and social problems.
We provide speech language services to children and adults

Our dynamic staff continues to strive to provide creative
comprehensive services to the population we serve. We are
committed to keeping up to date with the newest developments
and techniques for the remediation of communication disorders
for all populations. Arlene F. Rubin, M.A., CCC-SLP, founder
and director of Good Talking People, LLC has developed numerous
speech and language programs for children including numerous
programs for the development and enhancement of social thinking
and communication skills.
History of our growth
Since opening our first office in 1987 at the United
Cerebral Palsy Center in North Bergen, Good Talking People LLC
has emerged as a premier service provider for schools as well
as servicing the special needs of the communities in the Bergen,
Hudson, Passaic and Rockland Counties. In 1999, Good Talking
People LLC was one of the pioneers to develop, offer and
implement social skills training programs for children with
social cognitive impairments. We became one of the first
practices in New Jersey to be certified by Scientific Learning
Corporation to provide the innovative Fast ForWord Programs.
We provide community services such as workshops and speech and
language screenings to nonprofit organizations, parent groups
and schools.
