Early Social Learners in Kindergarten-2nd grade
The Social Express departs Monday – Thursday

All aboard! The Social Express will take our early social learners on a fun filled journey to the Social Thinking® Station. Through music, stories and dramatic play our early social learners will:
♦Develop social awareness
♦Expand imagination and play skills
♦Increase social communication
Social Team Builders
Social Learners in Grades 3-5
♦Session A: July 6-16, 2026 ♦Session B: August 3-13, 2026
Monday-Thursday
9:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Social Team Builders is a dynamic program designed for children in elementary school. This cutting-edge program will address the complex issues of social cognition, executive function, self-regulation and behavior common to children with social learning challenges. Through creative arts, role playing, peer directed discussion, & project learning participants will:
- Learn about the concept of “flexible thinking” and its role in establishing and maintaining peer relationships
- Develop strategies for building social problem solving and emotional regulation
- Begin to build an understanding of the “hidden rules” of social behavior and communication
Skill Quest
Trainees in Grades 6-12
♦Session A: July 6-16, 2026
♦Session B: August 3-13-2026
Monday-Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Skill Quest where every skill is an adventure and a journey toward focus confidence & connection. This dynamic program is designed for socially curious Middle School and High School students to address the complex issues related to social cognition, executive function, & self-regulation.
Participants will:
- Build social executive function skills to learn how to cultivate and sustain friendships with similar aged peers
- Manage multiple activities including homework, projects & extracurricular activities
- Increase understanding of “flexible thinking” and it’s role in maintaining peer relationships & working together in groups
Summer L.E.A.P.
Session A: July 6-16, 2026 Session B: August 3-13, 2026
Ages 3-6 years: Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Ages 6-8 years: Monday-Thursday 12:30 p.m. to 3:00
Summer L.E.A.P. is a Language Enrichment and Art Program to facilitate communication and social skills of young children with a language-based learning disability. Through thematic units, group activities and creative arts participants will:
♦Increase understanding and use of vocabulary
♦Develop strategies for word and information retrieval
♦Enhance verbal expression
♦Increase awareness for peer interactions
Social Executive Function Prep
All Ages
♦12 session package or ♦16 session package (all sessions are scheduled for 1-hour)
Sessions must be completed between June 22 thru August 31, 2026
Social Executive Function Prep is a beginners program designed for students from elementary school through college. This cutting-edge program will address the complex issues of social cognition, executive function, self-regulation and behavior common to many children with social learning and executive function challenges.
Social Executive Function Prep will build social competence along with developing strategies for improving attention, organization, time management and metacognitive problem solving skills that relate to activities of daily living and academic success. Participants will:
- Develop and increase social awareness and social interpretation
- Build social problem solving skills
- Improve nonverbal working memory as the foundation for all other skills
- Create situation awareness to enable one to “read a room”
- Learn how to sense the passage of time and improve time management
- Manage multiple activities including homework, projects and extracurricular activities
