Arlene Rubin
M.A.,CCC-SLP Owner/Director
Arlene has had the honor and privilege of working with clients across the lifespan in various settings from schools, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, day treatment, long term care facilities and of course private practice . Always an “out of the box” thinker, she strives to create innovative and dynamic therapy approaches, strategies, and programs designed to meet the needs of our clients and enhance communication and social interaction. Arlene has always believed therapy should be functional and fun. It is her passion and she is grateful that she is able to do what she loves to do every day.
Elefteria Evagelou
M.A.,CCC-SLP Supervising Clinician
Elefteria Evagelou M.A. CCC-SLP, also known as Teri, graduated with her Bachelor’s degree for Psychology from The College of New Jersey in May of 2016. She then went on to receive a Masters of Art for Speech Language Pathology from Kean University in August of 2018. She had externships in a public school setting and The Adler Aphasia Center in West Orange. Teri completed her Clinical Fellowship at Good Talking People working with clients of all ages and abilities. She is always interested in learning and growing her understanding of techniques and methods available in the field. Teri enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and spending quality time with her family and her dog Evee.
Vicki Reichardt
M.A., CCC-SLP
Vicki has a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Rutgers University and a Master of Arts degree in speech-language pathology from Kean University. Vicki has experience working with a wide variety of clients in private practice and school. She has evaluated and provided treatment for clients with a wide range of communication challenges including ASD, social communication disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, neurocognitive disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, fluency disorders, and written language disorders. Vicki has specialized training in Social Thinking, The Zones of Regulation, and Executive Function. Vicki believes in creating a fun and positive environment that provides her clients with the necessary tools for success in making meaningful connections through communication. In her free time Vicki enjoys travelling, spending time with her friends and family, and going to the beach.
Tiffany Temes
M.S., CCC- SLP
Tiffany Temes is a Speech Language Pathologist licensed in the state of New Jersey. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from The College of New Jersey in 2021 and earned her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from William Paterson University in 2023. Tiff has clinical experience evaluating and treating in a variety of settings including: public schools, outpatient rehabilitation facilities, and clinics. She has a passion for seeing her patients’ progress each and every session; there is no greater feeling than watching a child achieve their goals. She understands how important the client/therapist relationship is and ensures she establishes and maintains an open and honest line of communication with families to ensure optimal success throughout the therapy relationship. When she isn’t working, Tiff enjoys staying active, fostering dogs, and trying new restaurants.
Catherine Halligan
M.A., CF-SLP
Catherine earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from the University of Rhode Island and her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Seton Hall University. During her clinical experiences, she had the opportunity to work with children and adults across a variety of settings, including specialized schools, public schools, and a long-term care/subacute rehabilitation facility. Catherine has supported individuals with a range of communication needs and enjoys creating engaging, individualized therapy sessions that promote growth and confidence. She values collaboration with families and caregivers to help ensure progress carries over beyond the therapy room. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is excited to continue learning and growing as a clinician at Good Talking People
Mackenzie Wiegers
M.A., CCC-SLP
Kenzie is a Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in the state of New Jersey. She attended Calvin University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication sciences and disorders in 2020 and earned her Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2021. Kenzie has had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages with various communication disorders. Kenzie’s clinical experience includes evaluating and treating clients in the clinical and educational setting where she has worked closely with clients with autism spectrum disorder, speech and language delays, aphasia, and cognitive-communication disorders. Kenzie values functional treatment that is fun and motivating to each client and is passionate about working with clients and their families in a way that is relational, creative, and meaningful. When Kenzie is not working, she enjoys being outdoors, thrifting, and being a plant mom.
Abigail Lovatt
M.A., CCC-SLP
Abby is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Jersey and a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Abby’s clinical experience includes working with preschool through middle school aged children with language, phonological, articulation, and pragmatic disorders, as well as adults with language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. She also has experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems, across both pediatric and adult populations. Her passion for the field drives her to provide evidence-based, individualized care while building strong rapport with her clients, creating a comfortable environment where they can express their goals and work collaboratively toward them. Abby believes communication is essential for understanding the world, forming relationships, expressing needs, and participating fully in daily life. She is deeply committed to helping each client find their voice.
When she’s not working, Abby enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, spending time surrounded by animals and being with family and friend
Courtney Tacinelli
M.A., CCC- SLP
Courtney is a Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in the state of New Jersey. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology from East Stroudsburg University in 2003 and earned her Master of Science from Seton Hall University in 2005. Courtney’s clinical experience includes working with toddlers in early intervention and preschool to elementary-aged children in public school and private practice. She has performed diagnosis and treatment of receptive language disorders, expressive language disorders, articulation disorders, phonological processing disorders, and pragmatic language disorders. Courtney is an advocate for early intervention and enjoys working with children and their families to help promote social, emotional, and academic success. Courtney is a member of the American Speech, Language, Hearing Association (ASHA), the New Jersey Speech Language Hearing Association (NJSHA), and the New Jersey Education Association (NJEA).
When Courtney is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and reading.
Briana Horwich
M.S., CCC- SLP
Briana is dedicated to fostering relationships that help build self-esteem, leadership, and communication skills, empowering her patients to excel in various settings. She earned an M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from the Katz School of Science and Health at Yeshiva University and is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow in New Jersey. With experience working closely with families at a non-profit supporting children with diverse medical challenges, Briana brings a compassionate and patient-centered approach. She recognizes the uniqueness of each individual and uses a multifaceted strategy, blending creativity with evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans that maximize outcomes and support greater independence. Outside of work, Briana enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and watching films.
Alyssa Gauthier
M.A., CF- SLP
Alyssa is a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow licensed in the state of New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from William Paterson University in 2022 and her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from William Paterson University in 2024. Alyssa has clinical experience working with individuals across various age groups and settings, including public, technical schools and private clinics. She has evaluated and treated individuals with a variety of speech and communication needs, including receptive/expressive language disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, fluency disorders, pragmatic language disorder, aphasia, cognitive-communication disorders, and AAC needs. Alyssa is passionate about providing engaging, hands-on therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs. She values strong communication and collaboration with families to foster meaningful progress in therapy. When she is not working, she enjoys coloring, video games, baking sweet treats for friends and family, and playing with her two cats, Mila and Riggs!
Kelly Pagano
M.A., CCC- SLP
Kelly received her Master of Science in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from New York University in 2011. Prior to attending graduate school, she received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from Ithaca College. She has experience in a variety of settings including private practice, public schools and Early Intervention. Kelly has experience treating clients with a variety of needs including, articulation and phonology disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, pragmatic language disorders, fluency disorders, voice disorders, and Autism spectrum disorders in individuals from birth to adulthood. In her free time, Kelly enjoys reading, baking, and exploring the outdoors with her two young boys and husband.
Caroline Kerrigan
M.S., CCC-SLP
Caroline is a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of New Jersey, and holds her certificate of clinical competence from ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association). Caroline has been working at Good Talking People for over four years and loves working here! She is passionate about supporting clients and their families in achieving their communication goals and finds great joy in witnessing their progress and success. She loves working with children of all ages and also enjoys collaborating with adults to enhance their communication skills. Outside of work, Caroline loves spending time with her family and dog, hiking with friends, and enjoying a good cup of coffee!
Meridyth Webber
Art Specialist
Meridyth has been the Art Specialist at GTP for the past 6 years. As an owner of 7 U.S. patents, Meridyth utilizes the creative process, to enhance the client’s specific abilities, and to provide a positive experience with every session. Meridyth creates hands-on experiences that inspire confidence, pride and joy
Jennifer Riccardi
Practice Administrator
Jennifer has been a member of the GTP family since 2015. As our Practice Administrator, she wears many hats including scheduling coordinator and insurance and billing specialist. Jennifer has a degree in business management with 15+ years of experience working in the medical field. Jennifer enjoys connecting with the clients and their families and helping them begin their journey with GTP. On her spare time Jennifer enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her two young boys, husband and rescue dog Dagger.
Kayleigh Gorman
Office Manager/Media Specialist
Kayleigh graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Elementary Education. She has a 13 year teaching background in different capacities. She loves to help people and enjoys making their day better by creating meaningful connections with clients and their families. Her influence on Good Talking Peoples’ social media expanded GTP presence on all media outlets. Some fun facts about her is she used to model, has identical twin sisters, a brother and rescue dog named Benji.
Nicole Wright
Administrative Assistant
Nicole Wright has been an administrative assistant at Good Talking People since March 2022. She studied Psychology with a minor in Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies at Ramapo College of New Jersey and graduated in spring 2025. Nicole will be continuing her education at Hofstra University with a master’s in Mental Health Counseling with an ultimate goal of obtaining her doctorate in Social Psychology becoming a social psychology professor, in addition to practicing as a counselor. She is confident that her experiences at GTP will aide in becoming a successful Psychologist.
Javier Gonzalez
Administrative Assistant
Javier works for Good Talking People as on administrative assistant. Javier graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2018 and majored in Art and minored in History. Javier received his masters through online classes on Museum Studies at Drexel University in 2022. In his free time, he is an artist and hopes to have an arts career in the future. Hobbies include creating and making art, reading, playing video games, collecting books, figurines and old and foreign currency. Javier’s favorite part of working at Good Talking People is helping around the office and organizing things.
Edward Lopez
Administrative Assistant
Eddie is a junior in college and currently attending Montclair State University with hopes to obtain a degree in Speech Language Pathology. Eddie joined GTP as an administrative assistant with the goal of learning more about the field; interact with clients and gain an insight on the different approaches to speech therapy. Working at GTP has given him a great opportunity to see how speech is needed across the lifespan. Eddie can also be found volunteering his time coaching a youth soccer team in his hometown of Saddle Brook, he also enjoys playing sports himself and watching movies.
Jenny Skolds
Administrative Assistant
Jenny is experienced in Sales, Telephone Communication and Customer Service. Jenny recently joined the team of Good Talking People and looks forward to working with the diverse clientele. Jenny is a pet lover and enjoys spending time with Millie her German Shepherd and Peanut her Chihuahua.
